Layout drawings of component parts, electrical schematics, assemblies, and overall engineering drawing specifications.
Experts in the use of GD&T
VENDOR SOURCING and RESEARCH:
Assist supply team/Buyers sourcing products and components.
Manage vendors from sourcing thru PPAP and delivery to the customer site.
Research new technologies to support manufacturing objectives.
REVERSE ENGINEERING:
Utilizing a White Light Scanner to create cad models, assemblies, and production drawings from existing products.
Improve on existing product designs and create new product offerings.
CAD ANALYSIS: FEA performed on assemblies/component parts utilizing ANSYS
